Sometimes referred to as “hot yoga,” Bikram yoga is a 75 - 90 minute class held in a heated space (between 100 and 105°F) to relax the muscles, increase flexibility and detoxify the body. The consistent sequence of the 26 poses practiced focus on the spine, but optimally works all the muscles, ligaments and tendons in the body. Most students find their first hot class very challenging. However after a few classes, the body becomes accustomed to the heat and practice becomes addictively enjoyable. No previous experience necessary. Drink plenty of water before and after class.

Bikram Express is our 30 - 60 minute version of our classic Beginner Hot Yoga class, just shorter and quicker pace.

Audio Conrad is a pre-recorded beginner class from our owner, Conrad G. Instructions are given over the newly renovated sound system to deliver clear instructions with little distractions. If you need to leave early, or show up late, that's ok, too. Work at your own pace and watch others if you need help. We have assistants and demonstrators in many of the classes, so don't be afraid to ask questions, we're happy to help out.

Body Tone with Weights is the ultimate fat burning, body toning, fun & easy way to stay in shape! We combine a variety of simple movements with small hand weights to tone your muscles and build up a cardio workout. Yoga stretches are added between movements to keep you more flexible. Some resistance training may really build up your body's horsepower. You'll burn more calories throughout the day with more lean and productive muscle tone.

There's music, fun and I forgot to mention, you're gonna look really great, too!

Vinyasa (Power Flow) means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow. Typically, you'll warm up with Sun Salutations, move into balancing poses, hip openers and maybe some inversions if you're up for it. Done in a comfortably warm room, with no added heat.

Yin Yoga is a quiet and simple practice, but not necessarily an easy practice. Yin yoga works deeply into our body. It targets our deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues — ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body — rather than the muscles. Class is warm, lights are low and the diffusers are set to RELAX.

A total body workout, Yoga Sculpt classes are set to energizing music and designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. This class complements your regular yoga practice, while boosting your metabolism and pushing your strength and flexibility to new heights. Free weights are added to the Vinyasa sequence, creating resistance and intensifying each pose. Strength-training exercises such as squats, lunges, bicep curls and tricep curls are incorporated to build lean muscle mass. You will see visible results in your body. Class is not heated, but you will sweat!

FUSION is our mix of Vinyasa, Bikram, Yin and More. We’ll fuse new poses with our classic Beginner Bikram sequence, get a new flow going and usually offer posture variations.
